- Which prices I see on the website?
If you are not logged in you will see the recommended price for sale. Log in to view the professional price list, collections in presale or PDF catalogs.

- I cannot find a product which I saw some days ago, why?
When a product runs out, it disappears from the website. Consider that we produce limited collections, once the production is sold you will find the product in the e-commerce or wholesaler who bought or reserved it.

- What are the pre-sale products? 
Presale products are in the final manufacture process. Only registered distributors have access to view them and pre-order them. As our collections are limited, if we run out of stock, we will not be able to serve any more. Place your order to ensure you are first to have them!

- Your prices are higher than in other e-commerce platforms and nearby shops. Why?
Distributors can set a different price from the recommended price. Do not hesitate and buy them with a cheaper price!
