• KARACTERMANIA is registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona. Volume 32566, Page 96, Sheet B215645. 

• KARACTERMANIA with Tax Identification Number ESB62186622 is a society based for the purpose of this information in Calle de la Botánica, 78-88, 08908 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, and is currently responsible for the development, management and operation of the website www.karactermania.com.

Users

The access and/or use of this website attributes the status of USER, who accepts, since such access and/or use, the General Terms and Conditions of Use listed here. These aforementioned conditions shall apply independently from the General Terms of Contract which may have to be complied with, where applicable.

www.karactermania.com provides access to a multitude of products, information, services, programs or data (hereinafter “Content”) on the Internet belonging to KARACTERMANIA or to third parties which the user can access. The USER assumes responsibility for use of the website. This aforementioned responsibility extends to registration that is necessary for access to certain services or content. In any case, KARACTERMANIA will not be responsible, within the limits set by the law, for any opinions expressed on its website through any participation tool.

KARACTERMANIA will pursue the breach of the conditions as well as any misuse of its website by means of all civil and criminal actions that may be applicable by law.

Applicable law and jurisdiction 

The relationship between KARACTERMANIA and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute shall be submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.

Registering in website, your data remain stored in database of Karactermania. Data stored will be: First Name, Last Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Tax/ VAT Number (Wholesalers and Retailers), E-mail, Telephone, Country, State, City and ZIP code. Karactermania will store your email address in its database, for the use of the company and will be transferred to third parties exclusively for the purpose of providing the contracted services, and in no case for the marketing of products or services of third parties. Users may cancel or modify the details of their subscription, sending an e-mail to shop@karactermania.com or calling to +34 934 800 012.
