The prices and terms and conditions of sale are merely for informational purposes and can be changed according to market fluctuations. However, completing the order by filling in the purchase form indicates compliance with the offered price and the general terms of sale in force at this particular moment.
Once the order is formalised, the purchase is concluded in full right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the customer, and from that moment, the prices and terms and conditions will have a contractual nature, and can not be changed without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalise the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalised will be stored and the user will have access to it in the their client section.
- Shipping to some countries is subject to restrictions. If you have questions about international shipping, please send a message to our team.
- Delivery times range from 48 to 72 hours for shipping to Spain and between 4 and 5 days for international shipments. We can not guarantee these delivery times although we try our best to see that the transport companies meet them whenever possible.
- The customer will have 72 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of the order and to check that it includes everything that should be included in the products. After these 72 hours, the delivery will be considered as accepted and claims will not be accepted for flaws or faults in the shipment.
- An order will be deemed to be delivered when the delivery receipt is signed for by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the customer must verify the products upon receipt and declare any objections that may exist.
- If you receive a product damaged by transport it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours in order to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way, it is advisable to make a record of the transport company.
Transportation fees are free depending on the order amount:
- Over 20€ for individual customers.
- Over 400€ for Spanish and Portuguese customers.
- Over 1000€ for the rest of the world customers.
In accordance with current legislation, it is possible to proceed to the return of products, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the reception of the goods by the customer. You must comply with the conditions outlined on this page.
Return conditions for private customers
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition, protected and with the label intact. Otherwise KARACTERMANIA reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Once you have informed us of the return by telephone or mail, you will receive instructions by email so that the goods can be returned to our establishment. You must send the goods without delay, in a maximum period of 14 days from when you told us of your desire to exercise the right.
Transport costs for the return are at your own expense. You are free to choose and to look for a company that best suits your needs and offers the most competitive rates.
- Once the merchandise has been returned and checked that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received from you including the delivery cost with the exception of additional expenditure resulting from your choice of delivery that is different to the least costly method of regular delivery that we offer.
We will process the payment in a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you exercised your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods, we will be able to retain the refund.
