Purchase Terms

Prices and sales conditions are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies agreement with the offered price and the general sales conditions in force at that specific moment. Once the order has been placed, the purchase shall be deemed fully completed, with all legal guarantees protecting the consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions shall be contractually binding and may not be modified without the express agreement of both parties. Spanish shall be the language used to formalise the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalised will be archived and the user will have access to it in their customer area.

Shipping

  • Shipping to some countries is subject to restrictions depending on the licence. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact our team.
  • Delivery times range from 48 to 72 hours for shipments within Spain and from 4 to 8 days for international shipments. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we always endeavour to ensure that shipping companies meet them wherever possible.
  • The customer has 72 hours from receipt to check the integrity of all items in the order and to verify that everything included in the products is correct. After this period, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims for damage or shipping errors will be accepted.
  • An order will be considered delivered once the delivery receipt has been signed by the customer. The customer must verify the products within the following 24 hours of receipt and raise any objections that may exist.
  • If you receive a product damaged in transit, we recommend contacting us within the first 24 hours so that we can file a claim with the shipping company. It is also advisable to note the damage with the shipping company at the time of delivery.
