Which items are in stock?
All the items you see are in stock, except those indicated with the pre-sale label. You will be able to add products while stocks is available. When a product is out of stock, the product is not shown on the website.
How can I see the full catalogue?
The complete catalogue are the items you see on the website. If you are looking for an article reference and it does not appear, it is because that product is already out of stock.
What are the items in pre-sale?
Items with the label "Pre-sale" are not in stock, they are products from the new collection or replacements in the final phase of production. Pre-sale items are only visible to registered and activated distributors.
I am a distributor. Which is the delivery date for all the goods in an order?
The goods are sent in a single shipment to reduce transport costs. If your order consists only of in-stock items, delivery is immediate. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, goods will be shipped on the later delivery date when all products are available for shipment. Please contact us to request partial deliveries.
I am a distributor. Where can I see the delivery date of a pre-sale item or a product in stock?
You can check the delivery date of a pre-sale product in the product description or, after adding the product to your cart. Products in stock have an immediate delivery date. You can only see the estimated delivery date of a pre-sale product if you are registered and validated as a distributor.
I am a distributor, where can I check the estimated delivery dates of the items in my order?
You can check the dates of the items in your order before you place your order, and then in the email sent to you when you place your order, and in your customer area 24 hours after placing your order.
What’s the expected date of delivery of presale products? Why are there different product delivery dates for different items?
We produce limited editions in different batches. Depending on the type of product format, we have different production end dates. To receive the first production batch, we advise you to reserve your products as soon as possible by ordering online.

I am a distributor, what are the transport costs?
Distributors (General conditions): Transport and/or customs charges are NOT calculated on the website when you place your order. The transport costs are calculated after we receive the order, depending on the destination, weight and size of the items. We then send you a proforma invoice, and await confirmation from you.
I am an individual, what are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are automatically calculated on the website when you place your order.
I am a distributor, which is my distributor price?
To see your distributor price, the distributor must log in with his username. The prices you see are your purchase price. The suggested retail price can be seen by browsing the web without being registered.
I am a distributor. What is the suggested public selling price?
You can see the public selling price without being registered.
I am a distributor, when is payment requested, and what is the method of payment?
If this is your first order or your payment terms are in advance, payment is requested when all goods are available for shipment. Payment can be by bank transfer, by credit card by contacting us by phone, or negotiated terms.
I am an individual: What is the method of payment?
The method of payment is by credit card or PayPal at the time of finalizing the order.

How to become a distributor?
To become a distributor, you must register as a retailer or wholesaler at https://karactermania.com/en/login. After registering, you will receive an email which you must reply to in order for us to validate your account.
What are the general conditions of a distributor?
As a distributor, you can register as a shop or wholesaler.
General conditions as a shop:
- MOQ (minimum order quantity per reference) from 2 to 6 items.
- Access to the PRICE LIST for shops.
General conditions as a wholesaler:
- MOQ (minimum order quantity per item) from 6 to 10 items.
- Discount on the PRICE LIST for shops.
What information is available to me as a distributor?
View the products with distributor price, and have access in the customer area:
- MY ACCOUNT: Account details and delivery addresses.
- MY ORDERS: You will see your orders placed online only. 24 hours after placing your order online you will see the estimated delivery date. If your order includes pre-sale products, you will see different delivery dates for each product, and possible batches of products with delivery dates.
- MY INVOICES: You will be able to download PDF invoices for the last year of your online and offline orders.
- CATALOGUES: You can download in PDF the catalogues of the latest collection.
- LAUNCHING: We inform you about new products.
