How to change or return an item purchased online?
You have 14 days since the reception of your order to change your article for another size or return it. It is very simple!
If you notice any anomaly in the article or any defect, please call our Customer Service telephone number +34 934 800 012 or send us an email so we can send a courier that will replace the defective item for the same in perfect condition.
In case you change your mind and you do not like the article you can also return it! In that case, after notifying us by phone or email, you can request a pickup or you can use the carrier you like to send us the package to the following address:

In these cases, we recommend you to send it by certified mail.
You have to make sure the item is returned in its original packaging with all parts intact and labelling; once received and after verifying that it is in perfect condition we will proceed to refund the amount of the item deducting the transportation cost if you have requested us to pick you up the item.
