Order Process
The website does not apply the discount in the cart. The 40% discount is applied after we receive your order. You will receive an order confirmation showing the discounted totals for your approval before payment or shipping is processed.
- Limited to products currently in stock.
- Valid for orders placed until November 30.
- Not combinable: This discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

How the B2B Discount Process Works
- Place your order on the website as usual; the cart will not show the Black Friday discount for Retailers and Wholesalers.
- We receive your order and verify stock for each item.
- We apply the 40% discount only to items confirmed in stock and verify that all rules are respected (non-combinable).
- You will receive an order confirmation with the discounted totals for approval.
- Once approved, we proceed with payment and shipping according to agreed terms.
FAQ
Can individual customers use the B2B process?
No. Individual customers use the code BLACK2025 at checkout for an immediate 40% discount.
Will I see the discount in the cart (B2B)?
No. Retailer and Wholesaler discounts are applied after we receive the order and appear in the order confirmation.
Can I combine the 40% with other promotions?
No. The Black Friday 40% discount cannot be combined with other offers.
Are minimums calculated before or after the discount?
Minimum order thresholds and free-shipping thresholds are calculated on amounts before the discount.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items do not receive the B2B 40% discount; only items in stock at the time the order is received are eligible.

For Retailers and Wholesalers, the discount applies only to products available in stock when the order is received. The discount cannot be combined with any other offer. The online checkout may not show the discount for B2B accounts; final discounted prices will appear in the order confirmation sent to the customer.
