Right of Cancellation — Directive (EU) 2023/2673

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, individual customers have the right to cancel their order. To exercise this right, they must complete the online contact form indicating the order number they wish to cancel.

Returns

In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned, for any reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the conditions set out on this page must be met. 

Return conditions for individual customers

• All goods must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories, in perfect condition, properly protected and with labels intact. Otherwise, KARACTERMANIA reserves the right to refuse the return.
• Once you have notified us of the return by phone or email, you will receive instructions on how to send the goods to our facilities. You must send the items without undue delay, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of your wish to exercise this right.
• The shipping costs arising from the return shall be borne by you. You are free to choose and find the carrier that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.
• Once the goods have been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will return the payment received from you, including the delivery cost, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer. We will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you exercise your right of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
