ACCESS TO YOUR DISTRIBUTOR ACCOUNT (Companies and professionals)

  1. Go to karactermania.com and click on the "Account" or "Login" link.
  2. Enter your email address (the one registered for your company)
  3. Click on "Continue"
  4. You will receive a 6-digit one-time code via email
  5. Enter the code within a few minutes (it expires quickly)
  6. You are now logged in!

Important: There are no passwords to remember. Each time you log in, you will receive a new code.

This passwordless authentication method is more secure:

  • Each code is unique and expires after use

Once logged in, you will be able to:

PRODUCTS IN STOCK, PRODUCTS IN PRE-ORDER, AND DELIVERY DATES

All items you see are in stock, except for those marked as pre-order. You can add products while supplies last. When a product is out of stock, it will not be displayed on the website.
The complete catalog is the items you see on the website. If you search for an item's reference and it doesn't appear, it's because that product is already out of stock.
Items labeled "Pre-Order" are not in stock; they are products from the new collection or restocks in the final stages of production. Pre-order items are only visible to registered and activated resellers.
Merchandise is shipped in a single shipment to reduce shipping costs. If your order consists only of in-stock items, delivery is immediate. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the merchandise will be shipped on the latest delivery date, when all products are available for shipment. Contact us to request partial deliveries.
You can check the delivery dates of the items in your order before processing your order, and then in the email sent when processing the order, and in your customer area 24 hours after processing the order.
We manufacture limited editions in various batches. We have different end-of-life dates depending on the product format. To receive the first production batch, we recommend reserving your products as soon as possible by placing an online order.

Distributors (General Conditions): Shipping and/or customs fees are NOT calculated on the website when you place your order. Shipping fees are calculated after receiving your order, based on the destination, weight, and size of the items. We then send you a pro forma invoice and await your confirmation.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the website when you place your order.
To view the price, the distributor must log in with their username. The prices displayed are their purchase price. The suggested retail price can be found by browsing the website without registering.
You can see the retail price without registering.
If this is your first order or your payment terms are prepaid, payment is requested when all merchandise is available for shipment. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, by contacting us by phone, or through negotiated terms.
Payment is made by bank card or PayPal at the time of placing your order.

ADVANTAGES OF BEING A DISTRIBUTOR

To become a distributor, you must register as a store or wholesaler at https://karactermania.com/en/login. After registering, you will receive an email that you must complete so we can validate your account.

As a distributor you can register as a store or wholesaler.

General conditions as a store:

  • MOQ (minimum order quantity per reference) from 2 to 6 items.
  • Access to the price list for stores.

General conditions as a wholesaler:

  • MOQ (minimum order quantity per reference) from 6 to 10 items.
  • Discount on the price list for stores.

View the products with their purchase price and agreed discount, and in the customer area, there are the following sections:

  • MY ACCOUNT: Your account details and delivery addresses.
  • MY ORDERS: You will see your orders placed online only. 24 hours after placing your order online, you will see the estimated delivery date. If your order includes pre-order products, you will see different delivery dates for each product, and possible product batches with delivery dates.
  • MY INVOICES: You can download PDF invoices for the last year of your online and offline orders.
  • CATALOGS: Catalogs for the latest collection can be downloaded in PDF format.
  • LAUNCH: We report news.
  • View products at distributor price lists.
  • Place an order online.
  • Pre-order products from the new collections.
  • Access articles in PDF format.
